We are so proud to introduce you to a brand new TV series that follows Ben as he works towards opening Ahi with a vision that encapsulates the essence of Aotearoa. The question is, what is the New Zealand food story and what does that look like on the Ahi menu? Join Ben and his team as they juggle both the logistics of designing and building the physical restaurant while at the same time travelling the country to seek inspiration and learn more about what the New Zealand food story is and how that will shape the menu.
